We liked neat and updated rooms and excellent food.
Everything was simply great. Had very relaxing stay in this bright hotel, the staff were amicable, location was magnificent next to the most amazing Roma Street gardens with a lovely cafe. Location: the venue was close to the mall and public transport and get fit. There was an in-house restaurant nearby...

The male receptionist was rude and unfriendly. A complaint was made to the Hotel Manager re his attitude and behaviour. We later found out that other PD participants that also stayed at the Hotel received the same rude, offensive behaviour from the same male staff member.

Would be happy to recommend for a flying visit
Spacious room, clean room, with a lovely view of the parklands and equipped with a comfortable chair and footrest which were perfect for my recovery after twisting my knee on the cruise. The hotel is conveniently located near the free bus route that takes you to nearby attractions.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

I would expect the room should be better decorated as the rate was not low.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and it had a sofa bed which was a great addition. The hotel's location on International Drive was perfect as it was in walking distance to a lot of activities and nightlife. Additionally, the hotel provided free shuttle buses to Universal and Disney, making it convenient for guests to explore the theme parks. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, making my experience even more enjoyable.
Everything was fantastic.

fantastic access to parks and major attractions in brisbane
I loved how close the parklands were-just a few steps away for a leisurely stroll-and the vibrant South Bank area, a quick 500 meters away, offered so much to explore and enjoy. The staff's attention to service, providing that extra touch often missing in larger hotels.

Cozy stay with nice views
The view from the balcony was a total highlight! The lounge area was chill for hanging out, and the free bus stopping right outside was super handy. Just a heads up, the parking layout is pretty tight and can be confusing. A solid spot with decent food options.

The size of the room. The sheets were crisp and the pillows and mattress perfect. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
The hotel lifts use a key card - but new arrivals were not told this - and we saw many frustrated people unable to use the lifts - front of house staff should explain this to guests.
